Since 2005 Clare Cousins Architects has been delivering a diverse range of celebrated buildings, places and interior spaces including housing, workplace, retail and cultural projects. Engaged in projects large and small, the studio has a particular interest in projects that nurture community.

With a variety of projects currently underway including private homes, community and affordable multi-residential projects, and specialist disability accommodation, we are looking for a Registered Architect to join our team to lead single residential projects.

Job Description

Clare Cousins Architects is seeking an experienced architect with a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, exceptional communication and organisational skills. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate;

• Experience leading single residential projects (from concept design to delivery)

• Rigorous attention to detail

• Highly effective communication skills

• Conscientious

• Proficient client liaison and consultant coordination

• ArchiCAD preferred but not essential

• Driver’s licence
