CCA has designed apartment interiors, common areas, and a display suite for Neometro’s Jewell Station and 17 Union St developments, an urban renewal of Vic Track land abutting the Upfield train line and bike path to develop two new residential apartment buildings totalling 130 apartments and adjacent ground plane.

New common areas draw the surrounding ground plane into the building to mediate thresholds between public, semi-public and private spaces. On the rooftop a series of outdoor rooms have been created to encourage interaction between residents, while also providing spaces for relaxation, respite and reflection. The apartment interiors allow for versatile living arrangements while bringing delight to everyday living with an emphasis on longevity, quality and natural materials.
